Early Autumn - Apple and Cinnamon

New VapeSafe Early Autumn eLiquid.

Early Autumn - Apples and Cinnamon flavored eLiquid evokes memories of the beginning of fall. The feel of the warm autumn sun on the skin. The sight of vibrant hues of amber and crimson leaves hanging in gently swaying trees soaking up the light. The rustling sound of the breeze slipping through the tree branches tugging and teasing the remaining leaves into releasing their hold and floating downward. The laughing children raking the leaves into piles and then running and jumping into the soft, luscious piles scattering the leaves again. The delicious smells of baking apple and cinnamon pies wafting through open windows. These are the sights, smells and tastes of Early Autumn.

Description

Through his work as producer, composer, arranger and consummate session man, New Orleans native Allen Toussaint has truly earned
living-legend status. He's collaborated on landmark recordings for such artists as Ernie K. Doe, Lee Dorsey, Dr. John, the Meters, the
Pointer Sisters and Labelle and released acclaimed albums of his own. The 70 year-old pianist, already a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame
Inductee, was the recipient, on the recent Grammy Awards telecast, of the Recording Academy s prestigious Trustee Award, honoring a lifetime in the studio, both behind the scenes and in front of the mic. On The Bright Mississippi, his Nonesuch debut, Toussaint continues to break new ground with his first jazz-oriented set, displaying the same effortless swing and relaxed charm he brought to his classic rock and roll sides. He salutes Big Easy stars of a previous generation, the jazz greats who, in the early 20th century, built the genre from the ground up and turned the ears of the world to New Orleans.

Summary: "Very nice CD."

I was not familiar with the music of this artist but he is very well known and I bought the CD based on the reviews I'd read. This one is really good if you are looking for good, bluesy music that is well crafted. A little more vocals would be good but it's nice the way it is.

Summary: "All Time Favorite"

This is on my desert island list - an all time favorite recording. I discovered Toussaint as the result of his recording with Elvis Costello -- an excellent recording. I was particularly impressed with the song "Whose gonna help brother get further" on that CD. Then I purchased this CD and found that it is simply one of the best I have ever owned. I have since bought it for several other friends and family members, so that they can share in the many delightful performances captured on this CD.

You'll love it.

No historic talk from me, but thanks to all who provide it. In my case, I just want to listen, close my eyes and get down. This CD does all that and more for me. This is gorgeous music--with soul, spirit and inspiration. Who could ask for more?

I am blown away by Bright Mississippi and want to hear it again and again. The St James Infirmary track rocked my soul!! Allen Toussaint is a musical genius and soul. I can't wait to get on down to New Orleans again soon to see him perform. Toussaint carries the essence of collaboration; seamless and natural!!!
